After 80 Titanium, Archos continues to expand its range of tablets 8 inches, with a 80 Xenon which just made its appearance on some commercial sites.
The announcement has certainly not been formalized by Archos, but pre-orders for its new tablet 8 ", 80 named Xenon, seem already open (no specific release date), including insight.fr evokes a price of € 155 , with the following characteristics:
- Display IPS TFT 1024x768
- Dual Processor 1.2 Ghz heart
- 512 MB RAM
- 4 GB of storage (+ microSD extension)
- Compatibility Bluetooth, WiFi and 3G
- Thickness of 0.99 cm
- Android Jelly Bean
You will therefore understand, and this is not surprising given its price, the Xenon 80 is in the entry level. More surprising, however, is the choice of positioning in relation to the 80 Titanium, recently released (and tested by us), and seems to have better hardware (faster processor, storage space and higher RAM) for the same price. Here, only the addition of a 3G compatibility give him the benefit ... In short, this appeared as if by magic we seem to be on a time slot a bit wobbly. Still expect a confirmation before exiting Archos fangs.
